Formed in 1990, The Nagar Organization, Inc. is a real estate company located in Manhattan that specializes in providing consultation and brokerage services in the area of acquisition and leasing of commercial buildings. Ephraim Nagar received a law degree (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University School of Law and a master of law (LL.M.) in the area of real estate law from Temple University School of Law. From July 1987 to December 1989, Mr. Nagar was employed as a real estate specialist in the real estate department of the law firm Gordon Altman Butowsky Weitzen Shalov & Wein. The sole principal of the company is Ephraim Nagar. The Nagar Organization, Inc. has consummated commercial real estate transactions with, among others, Bank of America, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Silverstein Properties, Inc., Corporate Property Investors, Morgan Stanley and Company, Inc., Sherwood Equities, Inc., The Mendik Company, The Durst Organization, Inc. and Rose Associates, Inc.
